A drop in the bills

    Hi ghostmoth! Worth a double-check, especially if you have been consciously saving water. You might get as nice a surprise as we did!

    Bath? I went to Montecute. that’s not far away. Otherwise, I tend to enjoy the occasional hot soak from a location where I can look out over the Solent and see the big ships come in as the sun sinks slowly over the New Forest…

    We are all on meters over here on the Island, and generally it’s seen as a good thing. Worth persisting, OMR.

    I’ve asked for a water meter at chez rich.
    twice.
    Nothing.
    Just a huge water rate bill.

    so I run the garden sprinkler in the rain, Bath and shower each night, and wash my plate twice a year.

    hah and pah.
