The Virtual Ranger
by Matthew Chatfield
Matthew Chatfield is editor
of Naturenet,
Matthew Chatfieldand has worked as a countryside manager
in various organisations for many years. Since his involvement with Naturenet
he has become interested in the links between information technology and countryside
management. The articles below are mostly from an occasional series of articles
written for the Ranger magazine, the journal of the Countryside Management Association.
Most of them are now to some degree out of date, and the older ones are of little
use except as digital archaeology. We leave them here for historical interest!
